We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
There are certain items you’re not able to return for a refund. These are as follows:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Non-faulty items not in their original condition or packaging
- Items in packaging damaged by customer
- Faulty item caused by improper use
- Items that fall outside of the timescale stated above
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@trippgadgets.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as information on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please make sure you include the following in your return:
- Your full name and address including postcode
- The transaction number (you'll find this on the invoice)
- Your item and all the accessories that came with it in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase
- Any free gift that came with it
Please allow us at least one (1) day from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via faults@trippgadgets.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
*If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
*Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process the refund.
